feat: add cf_wrapper_v5 GDS/DEF/SPEF hardened views (Gitea only)

Updated wrapper-level layout artifacts from cf harden user_project_wrapper
(tag cf_wrapper_v5):
  gds/user_project_wrapper.gds:                  410MB → 416MB
  def/user_project_wrapper.def:                  current
  spef/multicorner/user_project_wrapper.*.spef:  current (3 corners)
  spef/user_project_wrapper.spef:                current

Macro ldpc_decoder_top unchanged (Run 6 / antenna_iterative golden).

These exceed GitHub origin 100MB limit and are excluded by .gitignore;
only intended for the Gitea remote which has no size limit. Submit to
ChipFoundry via cf push.
